Q: How long will I have to wait for my furniture? A: We endeavour to deliver Garden Furniture within 14 days, however for items we hold in stock delivery can be much quicker. Conservatory furniture is generally delivered within 5-6 weeks of receiving the order. |

Q: Will I know what time my delivery will take place? A: We will contact you within 5-7 days of placing your order to book your delivery day as we appreciate our customers have busy lives. For customers within the 50 mile radius we will be able to give a more specific time, on the day of the delivery, once the lorry is loaded should you require it. We know our customers require flexibility therefore we will endeavour to call all our customers approximately one hour before the delivery will be made to you. |

Q: Can I purchase separate items of furniture to add to my suite or table and chairs that I have ordered? A: It is possible to purchase individual items or additional chairs if required for certain ranges of furniture. Q: Do I have to pay for my furniture when I place my order? A: When you confirm your order, our system will reserve your money and hold it until your goods are dispatched. The money will not be debited from your account until we release the goods for delivery. |

Q: What if my goods are faulty? A: In the unlikely event of damaged or faulty goods caused through delivery or a manufacturers fault please contact our sales department within 48 hours. We will arrange to collect, replace or re order the product. |
